Player Agreement 

As a player, I understand and agree to the followin:*

Behavior and Sportsmanship: I will conduct myself with integrity, treating all coaches, teammates, opponents, referees, and spectators with respect. I will respect my coaches and teammates, valuing their opinions and contributions to the team.*

Behavior and Sportsmanship: I will not engage in unsportsmanlike behavior such as taunting, arguing with officials, or showing disrespect to others.*

Behavior and Sportsmanship: I will maintain a positive attitude and be supportive of my teammates, regardless of the situation.*

Behavior and Sportsmanship: Failure to comply with the expectations may result in disciplinary action, including game suspension, suspension or termination from the team.*

Commitment: I understand the importance of commitment to the team and the Academy. I will attend 75% practices, games, and events. I will be on time and prepared to practices, games, and events. If I miss a practice I will study on Vreps.*

Commitment: I will notify my coach in advance if I am unable to attend a practice or game due to illness, emergency, or other unavoidable reasons.*

Commitment: I will give my best effort during all practices and games, striving for personal improvement and contributing to the team’s success.*

Academic Responsibility: I understand that academic success is a priority. I will maintain satisfactory academic performance and will communicate any academic concerns to my coach and/or parent/guardian.*

Rules and Policies: I will follow all rules and policies established by Whitfield Basketball Academy, including attendance, equipment, conduct, and communication protocols.*

Rules and Policies: I will not use drugs, alcohol, or engage in any illegal activities.*

Rules and Policies:I will take care of the Academy-issued equipment and uniforms, ensuring they are returned in good condition.*

Conflicts Resolution: In the event of any conflicts or disagreements with teammates, coaches, or parents, I will address them in a respectful and appropriate manner, seeking solutions through open dialogue.*
